Major Change |
What does it take to make major change in a relationship with food? It takes patience, perseverance, and the good fortune to work with the health coach Peggy Manchester. With her help I was able to identify my destructive habits, the reasons I developed them, and the way to turn them into a healthy positive lifestyle. Peggy's support was invaluable, with constant positive feedback that helped me learn so much about myself. I am in the groove for the 1st time in almost 4 years. I feel so good about myself and I'm losing weight consistantly, without dieting. I don't think I would have been able to stop gaining weight without her guidance. It's a blessing that I found her. -Jackie C, West Bloomfield, MI |

Hot and Cold |

I was hot and cold about exercising and had yo-yo dieted for decades. I had given up on my ability to control my poor health choices. Finally, through my Coach Connection, I learned why I was punishing myself with food and what trigger words made me resent exercising. After just a few sessions with Fitspeak, I was able to stop punishing myself with food and end “guilt” eating completely. I’ve also been able to successfully add physical activity to my weekly schedule. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off of me. Now I am so proud of the healthy choices I make every day.
Thank you Peggy, you have given my life back to me!
